Catherine is a Registered Yoga Teacher primarily teaching in the style of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Her passion for yoga started in 2000 after a friend asked her to try out a yoga video. After spending several years doing self practice she felt compelled to explore the practice of yoga on a deeper and more spiritual level.
