![]() Located in the eastern half of Negros Island just south of Luzon, Negros oriental is a year-round SCUBA destination as it is situated outside of the typhoon belt. Negros Oriental is accessible by land, sea and air transportation as several transport companies ply the routes to the island. From Manila There are daily flights from Manila to Dumaguete. The flights from Manila take about an hour and 15 minutes and another 20 minutes with a private van to the resort. Flight Schedules Cebu Pacific (15 kilos allowed)Mnl – Dgte 7:00-8:15 and 14:40-15:55 Dgte – Mnl 8:45-10:00 and 16:25-17:40 Philippine Airline (20 kilos allowed) Mnl – Dgte 7:00-8:15 and 14:35-15:50 (Daily) Dgte – Mnl 8:55-10:10 and 16:30-17:45 (Daily) From Cebu A 3 hour land trip on board a private van from Mactan Cebu International Airport to Liloan, a municipality located on the northern tip of Cebu Province. From there, a 30 minute boat ride to Sibulan and from there, a private van awaits to bring guests to the resort. Another option is to take the Fast Craft from Cebu to Dumaguete. The trip takes 3 ½ hours and from there a private van awaits to bring guests to the resort.
